Delete your Spelinguist account

You can request deletion of your Spelinguist account and associated app data by contacting Grom Group.

How to request deletion

Email contact@grom-group.com with the subject line Spelinguist Account Deletion Request.

Please include the email address or sign-in method associated with your Spelinguist account so we can identify the correct account.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete account information associated with Spelinguist, including profile information, app progress, and account-linked gameplay data where this data is stored by Grom Group.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial, or compliance purposes. Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the relevant account.
